Elite Type 1 Shungite (the raw kind) is brittle and can break. If the pieces break, the smaller, individual pieces are still every bit as powerful as they ever were. But if you are lucky enough to have a very large (DMG or DMX class) stone and it breaks, they can be fixed, without affecting potency or effectiveness.
This video shows step-by-step how to fix your pieces. This is one of my personal pieces that I carry in my pocket to touch to my forehead or temple in case of extremely high EMF flux. Or when meditating. I love my large pieces.
