45-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 45-day return window on eligible products. Please contact us within this period to request authorization before sending anything back.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging and documentation included.
  • Cell plates: adhesive backing must remain intact and unpeeled.
  • Non-returnable: water products and EMF fabric items.

How to Request a Return:

  • Email us at help.verifiedshungite@gmail.com within 45 days of your shipping date, including your order number.
  • We will provide return instructions and the proper return address. Items must be shipped with signature required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Inspection & Authenticity Check

All returned items are subject to a 15% inspection and recertification fee. This ensures fairness and protects against product swaps or counterfeits.

Verification Process:

  • Each item is weighed and tested for authenticity.
  • Elite Shungite: compared against original shipment photos, video, and weight records.
  • If the item’s weight or appearance does not match, it will be declined and returned to you (shipping at your cost).
  • Items deemed inauthentic will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once an item is confirmed to be in original, unused condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the inspection fee. Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection, plus an additional 5–10 days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.


Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within one week from our studio. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your package is dispatched.

  • No refunds are given for carrier or weather delays once items are in transit.
  • Orders may be subject to verification and may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.
  • International customers: you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local customs office.

Decorum Policy

We strive to maintain a respectful environment for all customers and our team members.

  • Abusive or threatening behavior may result in account blocking and cancellation of orders.
  • Blocking decisions are made at our discretion and may occur without prior notice.

Return Checklist

  1. Email us for return authorization before sending any items.
  2. Photograph the product and packaging (with shipping label visible).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the packing slip.
  4. Ensure adhesive liners on plates remain unpeeled (if applicable).
  5. Ship with signature required to the provided return address.
