Shipping Policy

We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible and aim to ship within ten days of purchase. As a very small husband-and-wife team, we personally handle all packing and shipping. Orders may ship from either Santa Monica, CA, USA or Kelowna, B.C., Canada, depending on where we are located at the time. Once an order is in transit, we cannot issue refunds for carrier delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. To prevent fraud, all orders are subject to verification and may be delayed or canceled. For international shipments outside of Canada or the USA, import duties, taxes, and any additional courier fees beyond the original shipping cost are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $250 USD (before taxes and discounts). Orders under $250 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.


Important Update for U.S. Customers (August 28, 2025)

Due to the new U.S. Tariff policy on Canadian shipments, COD charges exceeding 25% of invoice values have caused dramatic delays at customs border crossings. To avoid these problems, we will now ship all U.S. orders exclusively from our Santa Monica warehouse. This ensures your orders arrive tariff-free and much faster than waiting in customs limbo.

Because we personally commute between our U.S. and Canadian locations, we will be consolidating and sending U.S. shipments three times per month. This schedule lets us continue offering reliable, tariff-free delivery while keeping operations sustainable for our small family business.
